About Us
The Ethiopian Heritage Trust (EHT) is an independent, nonpolitical, nonreligious, and non-profit charity organization established in 1992.
On November 12, 2019, the Ethiopian Federal Democratic Republic of Civil Society Authority legally re-registered it with registration number 1445. Its partner in mission, Ethiopian Heritage Trust-UK, was established in 2017.
Its main objective is to safeguard and promote Ethiopia’s cultural, historical, and natural heritage for sustainable development by strengthening public participation and cooperation with partners from local and international communities.
